Christians have always recognized the need for wisdom. In fact, there are a few books in the Bible that fall within a category called “wisdom literature.” One of those books is the Proverbs.
We wanted to spend our summer reading, studying and praying our way through key parts of the Book of Proverbs. As part of this teaching series, we hope that you will make time to read all 31 chapters and see how important the wisdom is that God has to offer us, and how it can guide us in new ways.

This past Sunday, we worshipped, celebrated baptisms and dove into the complex topic of leadership in the book of Titus.
Titus gives instruction for the kind of leader the Church needs. Here at the180, we believe that Titus instructs not who to exclude, but guidance on who to wisely include in leadership. How is God inviting each of us to lead within the unique contexts of our lives?

This Sunday, we will wrap up a special collaborative teaching series on the Church. We have been learning to make sense of the Church in its mystery, as a place of formation, as our new family, in its sacredness, in its messiness and will close with the Church as a movement.
