2.Always have a clear goal of what you want to achieve each day.

3.Break your goals down into clear steps

4.Ask Yourself: Can I outsource my work?Can I do it more efficiently and how?

5.Create a Power List. Be realistic with what you want and can achieve. Remove items that are not important for what you need to achieve in your current goals and stick to your list.

6.Remove all potential distractions (I know this is hard when you have children or are caring from someone).
7. Work Fast and keep focussed on the task at hand.

8.Take Proper Breaks ( I am bad at this, but I do drink a gallon of water a day so p*e breaks are a necessity !).
