Sebastian has been tattooing since June 2020, and started at La Lune Bleu in August 2023. He is experienced & educated in studio art with a Bachelor of Fine Art from the U of L, graduating in 2016. He specializes in colour neotrad & illustrative tattoos with a love for insects, florals, & the macabre.
