Do you know which services your workplace benefits include? Often there is a section under Paramedical Services, which includes chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and some plans even have a health spending account! Have you been using yours? People often don’t think of it this way, but you pay into this plan, and it’s there to help you stay well and take care of your physical and mental health!
We at Back in Balance Wellness Centre educate our clients and patients to listen to their bodies. We often suggest booking for regular monthly preventative care for all of the services we offer, and not to base their care solely on what their benefits will cover. However, we absolutely understand that finances are tight for many people, especially in recent years! Your benefits can help offset the cost of your wellness care.
Check to see if yours rollover on January 1st. If so, maybe you have some remaining to use before the end of the year! We are quite booked up at this point, however we can put you on our cancellation list, and also get you booked in for January to start the year off in a healthy way!

Both are knowledgeable, experienced, patient-centred practitioners with a passion for helping you feel better. Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine that helps to rebalance your qi (pronounced “chi”) through your meridians.
