PSA for anyone looking to get a navel piercing this year! With Spring at our back and Summer knocking now is the time!

Only a few months before we find ourselves in pools, public swim areas, hot tubs, public saunas (yes the public sauna can be hazardous too) and many other bodies of water. Now unfortunately those sources of water can cause havoc on new piercings with potential infections.

Two months is my recommended time before exposing piercings to pools and open sources of water (but please clean again after exiting) so that means this is the optimal time to get these wonderful jewelry additions so you can be ready and healed for some aquatic adventures!

In the photos are a few examples of the ones i’ve completed. Pictures 1, 2, 3 and 5 are all fresh while 4 is post healed with a custom ordered hinged gold wide band titanium navel ring to give it the cute hang down look. Complete with bling of course.

But finally last but not least piercings are for EVERYONE! I could not emphasize that more! Unless your anatomy in some places will not allow one safely for you. But there are always alternatives!
