Leaning Tower of Pisa Doors

Do any of your doors look crooked or slanted, or does the frame appear to mimic the Leaning Tower of Pisa?

Many older houses are prone to foundation movement, which can cause the central support wall to stay the same height while the foundation sinks. As a result, gaps can form at the top of the door that resembles a triangle. The latches will not align or have a large gap between the frame and the door. However, this issue can be resolved by removing and restoring the door frame and jambs, ensuring they are square to the hinges.

Heritage Porch
Out with the 70s and in with a 2023 update that embraces it's 1900 heritage.

The new porch has been professionally designed and built to last.

We had to remove the rod iron awning, 5 layers of cement and flagstone and a 2 foot foundation before we could create the structure following the architectural blueprints and city inspections. Check out the elegantly hand built cedar ovals.
