This sacred workshop is to inspire you and elevate your frequency to open yourself up to the life you truly want to be living.

You'll be guided through an activated meditation that allows you to release limitations, energetic barriers, and limiting beliefs so you can open up pathways to all things possible.

I'm a true believer in manifesting the life of your dreams. Over 7 years ago, I created my first vision board, and to this date, I have achieved 90% of it.
I am truly living the life of my dreams, and it just keeps getting better and better.

In this workshop, you get to shift your energy, raise your frequencies, and get clear with the universe on exactly what you want.
Bringing awareness around fears, lack, and what is no longer working for you.
You'll expand your confidence and beliefs so you can start to create a life of joy, ease, and abundance.

Our meditation will shift into a beautiful sound journey guided by
We will talk about manifesting and sharing tips while you create your own vision board.
Each person gets to have a personal card reading throughout the evening.
There will be light snacks and an opportunity to make some wonderful connections.

The Spring Equinox is equal parts of light and dark, creating the perfect duality.

As winter shifts into spring, it generates this new energy that is all about renewal, rebirth, new beginnings, and growth.

For some, the seeds that you have been planting all winter long will soon start to blossom and take way to guide you down a new path.
It's a time to plan, dream, get creative, and take action.

For others, you may be in total breakdown mode. Cracking open old wounds and seeing all of you for the first time. Deep healing and epiphanies may be taking place. This discomfort shows itself so that you can align all areas that are calling for you.

This is a beautiful time for all of this.

As we enter into longer days of light, rainstorms and warm sunrises, new life returns.

This is the time to step out of the hibernation energy of winter. Thanking it for awakening us to many more illusions and dying off systems. Thanking it for the rest.

We are leaving behind old patterns, self-destruction, and sabotage. Healing and shifting the mindset out of victim mentality, limiting self beliefs, negativity, and lack.
It's time to address and heal old wounds that are coming up to be witnessed and supported.
No longer operating out of suffering, fear, old programs and systems, and hopelessness.

A new world awaits. A higher frequency is available. A new timeline is accessible.

It's time to care for yourself, expand, level up, and create a world that supports your highest visions, not your biggest fears.

As I am transitioning out of products, I am expanding more on the crystal end of things.

Energy healing and crystals go hand in hand, and those are two big elements of Sacred Grace.

I currently have over 140 crystals in stock.
Towers, mushrooms, hearts, worry stones, raw, polished, tumbled, cubes, clusters. A wide variety of crystals to select from.

Every day, I will be featuring a few crystals in my stories.
Crystals can be shopped in person by appointment only. Or through virtual shopping where we can connect over video, or I can send videos of what I have in stock.

I'd love to eventually do live crystal sales.

Letting go of comfort and familiarity is tough!

But it can be one of the most freeing and expansive things you can do for yourself.

Letting go of what is no longer working for you. What is no longer giving you and your life value. Letting go of something that is weighing you down, holding you back, and even sometimes making you unwell.

We get stuck in cycles, and we settle. Healing is hard work, lots of dedication, and is filled with sacrifices. And sometimes that can feel harder than the situation we are in.

But imagine this. One day, you decided, "I'm not doing this anymore." And you make one change in how you typically operate. And then you pair it with another change.
Before you know it, you've made several changes, and you're feeling empowered and stronger, and you're noticing that when you make a change, you get results.

Because really, how can we expect a change if we are not making one!

When we let go of what isn't working, we open up new pathways for what is waiting for us.

We let go of the old so we can grab onto the threads of all things new. Higher timelines are always waiting for us. We just have to be brave and ready to make changes.

Sending love and strength to those who are letting something or maybe someone go.

This is all about burning away, releasing the excess, endings, and clearing the way for new beginnings.

During this time, you may feel that you have been overcommitted and have been taking on too many burdens or roles.

This is the time to start the work of undoing and decluttering.

All that you release will take new form and serve the greater whole. You no longer need to hold on to it simply because it once served a purpose or had value to you.

Thank what it is for what it did for you and what it once served.

It's time to say goodbye to the emotions, relationships, and situations that no longer belong in your life anymore.

When we release all that is no longer serving us, we open new pathways for what is waiting for us.

Magic doesn't happen by hanging onto the old.
It's time to release, let go, and heal.
