We are in the finishing stages of putting the drywall up! Looking forward to getting this painted and looking more like a home.

SOLD - our first home as a family. ✔️
We purchased this back in 2016; the year my wife Brittany and I got married and started our family.
Fast forward 5 years later, and we decided to put our house up for sale and move on to the next chapter in our lives - building a house.
Attached are some before / after pictures of the work we did over the years. Balina Custom Construction renovated from top to bottom, inside and out. This house served us well, but we are excited for what’s ahead!

A transformation for this home in Port Stanley.
-Replaced vinyl siding ✔️
-Used steel siding in the carport ✔️
-Replaced all soffit, fascia and eavestrough with new downspouts ✔️
-Closed in balcony to create more indoor space ✔️
