Recently, I was talking with a client about some challenges she was facing. As we worked through her thoughts, I took notes on everything she shared. A few minutes later, I started reflecting her own words back to her, and she suddenly lit up, exclaiming, "Oh my God, that's a fabulous idea!"

I couldn't help but chuckle and said, "Yes, it is a great idea—you came up with it just two minutes ago!" Everything I listed had come from her own mouth. She had that wisdom all along; it was just about helping her see it.

I believe the shower set was one of the first sets that I added to the studio and honestly it's still one of my favorite. This is one of those sets where you can really tweak things so match your vibe/style. Not only can we add the wet t-shirt, neons, we can even go a step further and add bodyscape into the mix (this is where we highlight different parts of the body, so it looks more like a landscape).

My biggest tip when you book a session! Get some nudies... ESPECIALLY with our shower set. You'd be surprised at what you'll see, and I can guarantee, it's way better than you think.

My personal favorite? Use the fancy glass!! Drink your orange juice, water, whatever, out of wine glass, it's crazy how little things like this just make the day that much better. Also, don't underestimate the subconscious message you send yourself when you take care of your mind body and soul, things like a skin care routine, say sooooo much to the subconscious.

Sometimes the key to unlocking our full potential lies in the written word. Journaling is a powerful tool for self-reflection, self-discovery, and transformation. It can help you process and release negative thoughts and emotions that may be holding you back.

To enhance the experience we offer, I created a 50 Day Discovery Journal with all of my favourite prompts that have helped me dive deeper, bring more clarity and heal parts of myself I couldn’t see.
