New Blog Alert!
Exercise is a powerful tool with numerous benefits, but itβs important to remember that it also places stress on the body.
If youβre already juggling a stressful job, family responsibilities, a relentless news cycle, and other life pressures, itβs okay to feel that an all-out workout isnβt what you need right now.
Just because the internet insists that every workout has to be intense doesnβt mean that anything less is a waste of time.
This is the key to long-term success: listening to your body and giving what you can, whether itβs a lot or a little.
Donβt get me wrongβIβm not saying we shouldnβt work hard. What Iβm saying is that if you listen to your body, βworking hardβ will look different from session to session.
By not pushing yourself to the brink every time, youβre less likely to dread your workouts or skip them because you know how tough theyβll be.
In the end, consistency will always yield better results than burning out. So, give yourself permission to ease up when you need to!

Oh hey there Dina π
Dina is celebrating another few months of consistent training.
In the last 2 months she has added extra 1.6lbs of lean muscle and dropped her bodyfat percentage by 1.3%.
Years of experience has taught us that consistently is everything and Dina's regular improvements are a testament to that!
The only thing Dina is more consistent is making sure that her hair looks great π©βπ¦°π

We're back with another awesome InBody scan from a dedicated UV member... This time it's Vinh! π
Vinh is celebrating improvement on 3/3 metrics in an impressive InBody scan result.
An extra 2.6lbs of lean muscle, while dropping his bodyfat percentage by 2.1%, AND an overall bodyweight loss of 1.1lbs!
Vinh is well know for his "love" of runningπ (or at lest the first 50mποΈ) and being as strong as a small house! π‘
Vinh is a member of the consistent 6am crew!
The 6am-er's like to get up way too early, like to have fun in their sessions and are very consistent π―
Consistency, the odd bit of cardio and picking up heavy stuff goes a long way π

Yang is celebrating a fantastic 2 months of traing with consistent results across his InBody metrics!
While keeping his lean muscle stable, Yang has dropped his bodyfat percentage by 4.3%, AND an overall bodyweight loss of 9.7lb!

After giving birth to the adorable Sasha In December she eased back into training (after getting approval from her doctor) about 8 weeks later and has steadily built up her fitness since!
