Ingredients:
· 4 packs of nuPasta Fettuccine
· 3 lb beef short ribs, sliced
· 4 cans of diced tomatoes
· 4 onions, diced
· 15 garlic cloves, chopped
· Salt & pepper, to taste
· Parsley, to garnish
Directions:
→ In a pressure cooker, fry onions, garlic, and beef short ribs until browned.
→ Add tomatoes and seasoning, mix and cover.
→ Let cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
→ While beef is cooking, drain, rinse, and pan-fry 4 packs of nuPasta Fettuccine for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
→ Using 2 forks, shred meat and remove bones.
→ Add to nuPasta, garnish with parsley, and serve!

Ingredients:
· 2-3 packs of nuPasta Risoni (depending on your baking dish size!)
· ½ cup ricotta or mascarpone
𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘦:
· 1 can crushed tomatoes
· ½ small yellow onion, finely chopped
· 2 garlic cloves, minced
· Salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes, to taste
𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴:
· 1lb lean ground beef
· ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
· 1 egg
· ¼ cup heavy cream
· 2 tbsp parsley
· 1 tbsp onion, grated
· 2 garlic cloves, grated
· Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry nuPasta Risoni for 2-3 minutes to cook out excess liquid. Set aside.
→ In a bowl, combine ingredients for the meatballs and mix well, adding more parmesan cheese if the mixture is too wet.
→ Scoop with an ice cream scooper and form into balls on a parchment-lined baking tray.
→ Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping halfway through.
→ In a pan, begin cooking your sauce by sautéing garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients.
→ Simmer for 15-20 minutes, set ½ cup of sauce aside, then combine with Risoni.
→ In a buttered baking dish, layer sauced Risoni on the bottom, add in meatballs, then top with leftover sauce and ricotta.
→ Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
→ Garnish and enjoy!

· ½ cup of ham, diced
· 2 cups of your fave tomato sauce

· ½ pound of ground beef
· ⅛ cup of parmesan cheese, grated
· 1 onion, finely chopped
· 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
· 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
· 1 egg
· Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 2 packs of nuPasta Spaghetti for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 1 pack of nuPasta Fettuccine for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
→ In a bowl, combine tamarind sauce, soy sauce, and sugar, mix well, and set aside.
→ In a pan, fry half of the green onion, onion, tofu, pepper, and carrot for 4-5 minutes.
→ Add nuPasta and sauce mixture, stir well, and pan-fry for another 8-10 minutes.
→ Serve and garnish with remaining green onion, peanuts, lime, bean sprouts, and cilantro.

· 1 medium sliced red bell pepper
· 1 medium sliced red onion
· 1 tbsp olive oil
· 1 can canned corn, drained

· 2 medium avocados
· Salt and pepper
· Optional: ¼ cup shredded cheese
· Optional: ¼ cup salsa
Directions:
→ Drain and rinse 2 packages of nuPasta Angel Hair then set aside.
→ Sauté onions and bell peppers in a hot pan with olive oil until tender.
→ In another bowl, mash avocado, remaining lime juice, salt, and pepper.
→ Serve bell pepper and onions, corn mixture, guacamole, and nuPasta in a bowl.
