We are often moving, on the go. From one thing to the next.

I was in the middle of a huge staircase when I took a break.

A pause.

These 100 Days are meant for you to take a moment and connect with your breath. A mindfulness moment to slow down.

This breath today can support you in releasing tension and big emotions.

Sometimes experiences are easy to go through and some are not. Some are like peeling back layers of an onion.

Be gentle with yourself. Give yourself permission to really dive into one minute of this breath.

This is a titrated experience. That means little steps during this experience.

How do you feel in expressing anger?
Do you have healthy ways to release it?
If you have experienced dangerous or violent ways in expressing anger, you may feel unsafe. You may not want to even admit when something does make you angry.
You may stuff it down, like I used to.
What if you become curious in expressing anger in a way that supports you?
Find something small that irritates you during this session and allow the breath in supporting you to fully process it.
