Some of you might remember Kimberly from a few years ago. She left Enhance to pursue her own business in her hometown, but she missed her Enhance family so much that she is back!! We were so excited to hear from her because our girls absolutely loved her as she was a dream to work with, and clients loved her too.

We have an important update to share with you! Our wonderful manager and lead receptionist Stephanie is going to be having a major surgery soon, and she will be off approximately 8 weeks for recovery. Her last day is this Friday. During her recovery we will have limited reception coverage, and we are using this time to encourage clients to please embrace a more virtual online communication with us.

Please start booking on our app or online link (in bio) as much as possible. If you do need to text us please be patient with us and allow up to 24 hours for a response. We often respond to the texts much quicker, but at the same time we are not online 24/7! This is why the app and online booking system is so beneficial, as you can book yourself in and cancel appointments (with 24 hours notice) anytime you need.

A lot of our day is going back and forth with clients on text with dates and times for services, and often those dates and times are taken by the time you get back to us. The app and online booking systems are so easy to navigate, so we appreciate you trying to help us manage our time better!

Rebecca will usually be on reception 4pm-8pm on Wednesday and Thursdays and 9am-4pm Saturdays, so please use those hours for product pick-up or gift card purchase! But text 905-864-0000 first to check, because if staff are booked off she might not be there.

This is a photo of our schedule today which is fully booked and I just wanted to post and say a big THANK YOU to our amazing clients. We are so filled with gratitude that you choose us month after month, so many of you have been with us for 5, 10, 15 years! You are like family to us and we are so grateful for each and every one of you.

It is no secret its been tough for small businesses since 2020. We left the pandemic with a lot of debt from keeping our doors open while closed and have been thrown into a period of huge inflation. Our costs for supplies have skyrocketed making operations very difficult. But days like today make me hopeful that we can get through this, just like everything else that has been thrown our way.

We will continue to try and offer the best specials while navigating inflation, because its always been important to me for self care to be available to as many people as possible. I would appreciate you all liking and sharing our posts to get them out to the local community. At some point we may close our schedule to new clients, so now is the time to become a client!
