Beefing with 7 Mississauga is now serving authentic Hong Kong Style Cart Noodle and it's the only location that has this beloved traditional dish.
Cart noodle 車仔麵 is a noodle dish that became popular in Hong Kong and Macau in the 1950s through independent street vendors operating on roadsides and in public housing estates, using carts. Many street vendors have vanished but the name and style of the noodle have endured as a cultural icon of Hong Kong.
At Beefing with 7 Mississauga, we elevate the dish using high-quality ingredients but keeping the traditional taste. The original house-made broth is the key to the incredible flavour, and the traditional hand-made egg noodles provide the perfect texture for everyone to enjoy!
