Her treatment plan consisted of Invisalign to improve function and align teeth, then improving the esthetics through a combination of porcelain crowns/veneers and direct injectable composite technique. Severe wear, chipping due to grinding and clenching on this young patient. Smile designed and aesthetics and function was restored using direct composite veneers (Bonding) in one visit.

Last case of the day, composite veneers (bonding) on 6 upper and 6 lower front teeth. Patient is moving to the States and wanted to improve her smile, make the teeth look nicer and close the spaces.

Small front teeth with a central diastema “space” corrected same visit with 2 eMax (porcelain) crowns.

Fabricated chair side, designed, milled using CEREC CAD/CAM, glazed and stained Miyo. Patient was very happy with the result.

Patient wasn’t happy about the discolored front tooth nor the crowding she has. She wanted to improve her smile and ortho treatment was declined.  Root canal and internal bleaching was completed on the upper right central incisor. 2x. EMax crowns were fabricated and glazed in office.

Here’s a case of a young man with an openbite situation, treated with . Patient was very happy that he didn’t need to go through braces and jaw surgery and ended up with such amazing result using only clear aligners!

Phase 1 of a Smile Makeover case. Patient wasn’t happy with her broken, chipped and discolored teeth. Treatment included redesigning the smile, to restoring the proper proportions, shape and shade that will match her face and smile.
