Scripture: [Romans 9:15-16]

15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

BELOVED, HEAR THIS.

Mercy triggers extraordinary intervention in human lives, offering divine acceptance despite human rejection. When you're dismissed and erased from the list, mercy writes your name back in, restoring hope and purpose.

Mercy's powerful hand moves against the tide of human rejection, bringing divine acceptance and restoration. When all doors seem shut, mercy opens new ones, rewriting the narrative of our lives with grace and love.

In 2012, we prayed with a woman who had been abandoned by her fiancé, who had relocated abroad. But God had a different plan! After a few years, a word of knowledge came while praying with her, God said by His mercy there shall be reconnection.

To the glory of God, the couple reconnected. To God's glory, the woman got married and has since relocated abroad, enjoying a beautiful marital life.

This is a testament to the mercy of God, which can bring total restoration and transformation to our lives. You are next to testify in Jesus Name.

Do not be afraid of people who have gone ahead of you. The fact that they are ahead of you does not mean that they would get there before you. Sometimes the best does not receive the best, it is mercy that settles the case. Any satisfaction via the mercies of God comes in the best time. You will not miss your time in Jesus Name.

: Any satisfaction that comes through God's mercy arrives at the perfect time, revealing His divine timing and grace.

BELOVED, HEAR THIS.

Yesterday, we reflected on the story of Blind Bartimaeus, who received his sight through God's mercy, transforming his life instantly (Mark 10:46-52). Despite the crowd's attempts to silence him, the voice of mercy prevailed.

Many reading this devotional may feel frustrated with their current circumstances, feeling like some people are hindering their progress and mocking their faith. It may seem as though some have given up on you, seeing no notable achievements in your life. If you're in this situation, I pray that God's mercy will change your story for good, in Jesus' Name.

No matter how long you've been struggling or how daunting your challenges seem, remember that God has a better plan for your life. His mercy can rewrite your story, turning you into a testament to His greatness. Your current struggles are stepping stones to your destiny.

Like Blind Bartimaeus, hold on to your faith in God; He will rewrite your story and destiny. Don't let your current situation distance you from God's presence, as He may be testing your faith and patience. Hold on to Him, and His mercy will transform your life.

BELOVED, HEAR THIS.

Mercy is a divine intervention that alters the course of human events. Apart from God's mercy, our lives would be devoid of purpose and direction. God's mercy is what brings significance and value to our lives.

Mercy has brought transformation to many of us. We were once nobody, but mercy made us somebody (1 Peter 2:10).

By mercy, many of us have been restored. Mercy brings restoration to a person's destiny. Blind Bartimaeus cried out for mercy to change his situation and end his suffering. He cried out for mercy to rewrite his story, and he received it.

The mercy he received lifted him out of his circumstances to a new level (Mark 10:46-52). His destiny was repositioned immediately. When you encounter the God of mercy, He repositions your destiny.

The mercy of God can transport you to where you desire to be. God's mercy has transported me to where I have always desired to be. His mercies are new every morning. Lamentations 3:22, It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. 23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

: Until mercy is sought, favour is withheld.

The mercy of God can transform anyone's story, no matter their past or mistakes. Even if you feel like you've messed up so badly that you can't escape the guilt or shame, God's mercy can rewrite your story and give you a new beginning, His mercy is unlimited.

God gave us His only son, Jesus, to take away our guilt and shame. The Blood of Jesus has the power to rewrite our stories. Mercy goes beyond love and forgiveness; it's beyond human understanding. In the biblical story of Cain and Abel, God showed infinite mercy to Cain, sparing his life despite his grave mistake, and even protected him from harm with a mark.

This demonstrates God's boundless mercy, which can redeem even the darkest of situations.

You don't have to condemn yourself for past mistakes. God's mercy can rewrite your history and give you a new present. God sovereignly decides who to extend His mercy to and who not to, according to His divine will and purpose.

: God's mercy can rewrite the story of a person's life.

Building on yesterday's discussion, I'd like to go deeper into how knowledge fuels passion:

You can't have passion for something you don't know about. Knowledge sparks passion and activates the drive to achieve. Knowledge and passion are deeply connected.

As you gain more knowledge about a subject, you often become more passionate about it. This is because knowledge:

▪️Deepens your understanding and appreciation.

▪️Helps you see the relevance and impact.

▪️Increases your confidence and enthusiasm.

▪️Opens up new possibilities and opportunities.

The more you know, the more you will care, and the more you will want to learn and explore. This passion can then drive you to achieve more, innovate, and make a meaningful difference in your life and the lives of those around you.

When you possess knowledge about something, your boldness and confidence grow, and you become more willing to take on challenges.

Knowledge helps you achieve your goals and pursue your passions with increased enthusiasm. Moreover, it enables you to have a positive impact on your community and the world.

We all benefit from the knowledge that others possess and apply. Remember, knowledge is a lifelong journey, and there is always more to learn and discover. In-depth knowledge leads to remarkable accomplishments, while mediocre knowledge yields mediocre results. When you see people achieving remarkable results, ask them about their secrets - mediocre efforts rarely lead to meaningful achievements.

The greatness within you can be unlocked through acquiring more knowledge. To stand out in life and destiny, you must be passionate about acquiring knowledge. Knowledge provides a way of escape, but it won't come to you automatically - you must pursue it with a desire to learn more.

Knowledge grants you access to your inheritance; without it, you remain unaware of what's rightfully yours. Knowledge liberates us from captivity, while ignorance holds us hostage. As the saying goes, 'ignorance is a disease' that can have devastating consequences if left unchecked. Many of our struggles stem from a lack of understanding.

Knowledge is the awareness of accurate facts and information about yourself and the world around you. Everyone has potential, but you cannot shine brighter than the intensity of your knowledge.

The depth of your knowledge determines the potency of your inner light, which determines your pace in life. If you try to move beyond your knowledge, it can lead to destruction. To increase your speed, increase your knowledge, and as you do, your light will shine brighter.

Those who seek knowledge never lack the information needed to propel them forward. The knowledge you have about a thing can significantly increase your chances of achieving breakthroughs.

Knowledge is the acquisition of information, revelation, or insight, either through experience or education. It is the awareness and understanding of something or someone, and how it functions. As the saying goes, 'knowledge is power.' Therefore, you cannot demonstrate power over something you lack knowledge about.

While it's true that 'what you don't know won't hurt you,' and that ignorance can spare you from worrying about problems you're unaware of, it's important to seek knowledge and understanding. By doing so, you'll increase your wealth and potential.

When seeking knowledge, stay focused and maintain a high level of interest. Secrets and insights are rarely given to those who are distracted, but rather to those who are genuinely interested and engaged.

Remember, what you don't desire, you don't deserve. So, go for knowledge, be a seeker, and you'll receive what you seek.

BELOVED, HEAR THIS.


To master your assignment, you must:

▪️ Recognize the gifts and responsibilities God has given you. If you don't acknowledge and recognize your assignment, you can't master it.

▪️ Embrace your assignments with determination and dedication. Your determination and dedication to your assignment will yield excellent results.

▪️ Take responsibility for your tasks and projects. Don't shift responsibility to anyone else. When you fail to take responsibility, nothing meaningful will come your way.

▪️ Complete what you start, rather than abandoning them. Don't stop or quit what you started in alignment with God's will. God doesn't start what He cannot finish.

▪️ Become a master of your craft, inspiring others and fulfilling your purpose.

As you heed your assignment and become a faithful steward of your talents and responsibilities, you will glorify God and make a positive impact in Jesus Name.

: You must embrace your assignments with determination and dedication.
