It's been awhile since I wrote a post , but feel it's necessary. Even with all the knowledge that we posses about health and taking care of ourselves , there are still some of us who don't apply vigilance towards our beauty & skin care . We read labels on food products , try to avoid GMO's ,all in the name of health, but yet we rub , lather , spray and plaster our bodies with all kinds of unknown substances. WHY ????
