Does anyone else get road rage walking behind slow people?
When I read this online, I started to laugh to myself.
I, too, get road rage while driving and with grocery shopping; it all depends on the day and how I'm feeling.
Road rage involves an inward fuming over irrational assumptions about others. Then comes the blame.
All blame is a waste of time. The only thing blame does is keep the focus off you when you are looking for external reasons to explain your unhappiness or frustration. Look within for the answers.
There is SO much to learn in our healing journey.

Today is a good day to balter.
To balter is to dance having no particular skill while moving around.
Enjoy the movement, the freedom and the letting go.
Sense the joy coming in. Woot woot!
What if....... you took time for yourself?
When you replenish your energy, your mind & body will allow you to take better care of others.
Prioritize your "me" time. Don't leave it as something that might happen if you complete your 'to-do' list.

The perfection monster within us can be highly critical.
We feel bad when we over-extend ourselves and yet feel just as bad when we cannot be in two places at once. Guilt rides in because of the perfection monster.
We try to control. Control is rooted in fear.
Speak directly to the fear or insecurity. Challenge any unhelpful thoughts and add an encouraging work to slay that monster.
Go for what you truly want versus what you think others expect. Emerge stronger and more resilient.

Spring has sprung. I'm so happy right now. It's the little things like wearing sandals, warm sunshine, birds chirping, frogs croaking, longer daylight hours, the smell of a BBQ. Spring is a re-awakening and new beginnings. I am open to what Universe has in store for me. What does spring mean to you?

Everything is fine! Why am I so miserable then?
Have you noticed how some of the wealthiest people are the most miserable while some of the people with nothing are the happiest?
Happiness doesn't come from feeling good. It comes from not feeling conflicted, not repressing or not trying to hold onto anything. Happiness is being open to whatever life throws your way.

It's ok to say no. Say no to things you don't want to do so that you can say yes to the things you do want to do. Saying no allows you to value yourself more, and to set boundaries.
Here are ways you can say no politely:
- I'm honored you asked, but I cannot fit it in.
- I have another commitment.
- I cannot commit to that right now, but I will think about it.
- I can't, but here's another option.
- I wouldn't feel comfortable doing that.

It's ok to say no. Saying no can feel like letting someone down. You feel guilt and resentment. But, think about it. You have done nothing wrong and therefore have nothing to feel guilty for. "No" is a sentence giving you back your space, your freedom, and your energy.

Dogs are intuitive. Dogs have a 6th sense helping them detect a good person.
Do you second guess yourself? Do you find you over analyze? Would you like to be able to tell if someone is honest or not?
You are intuitive too. We all have a voice within us ready to guide us. Listen to it. Always go with your intuition; it’s your 6th sense and is trustworthy .
Real change is made by taking small steps.
Sometimes you barely solve one problem when 2 more surface. You may feel great in the morning but miserable by nighttime. A simple concept to get through stressful times is gratitude. Gratitude helps you stop trying to control outcomes. It is the key to unlock positive energy in your life.
