Grade 1/2 had a very special visitor. What an amazing human being. At the age of 6, Ryan started raising money to put in a well in Uganda. He accomplished that goal. To date, his foundation has completed 1767 water projects across the world.
Ryan came to tell us his story.

Kinder B has been over the last few weeks watching the process of the lifecycle of a Painted Lady Butterfly. We received them as caterpillars and got to watch them eat until they were ready to enter the chrysalis stage. We watched them in their chrysalis stage for about 10-12 days and then got to witness them emerge into beautiful butterflies. Friday was our day to release them to fly and go free. We had one little butterfly who after many times of trying to set him free would fly back and land on some friends. He eventually found a flower and has now flown off to be with the others.
