Mrs. Thomas did an exceptional job preparing for the Gratitude Ceremony for our grade 6 graduating class! 🎓 Our whole staff wishes our Grade 6 Graduates all the best as they venture into Grade 7 next year! Go, Stingers! 🐝🎓

Grade 1/2’s trip to Vanderland Zoo!

Thank you to South Dundas Emergency Services, Morrisburg Fire Station, for hosting a fun event today to welcome the new fire truck! 🚒

The PUP Crew created an awesome Barker Fun Run to honour all of the fun and leadership that Mr. Barker has brought to MPS over the last two years! It was a great way to end the school year of Fun Runs!

The Junior Track and Field Team had a great day at Seaway! They had many smiles and ribbons at the end of the day! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🏅

Primary Track and Field has been cancelled due to thunderstorms. There is no rain date unfortunately.

The primary track & field team will travel to Seaway tomorrow, rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather. ☔️

Since the weather is supposed to be warm on Wednesday, an optional portion of the run will involve a number of water activities for the students. This will include a water balloon toss and a small slip ’n slide for our primary kids. If you would like your child to participate in the optional water portion of the Fun Run, please send them with a bathing suit and/or a change of clothes and a towel.

Freezies are for sale starting today! Jumbo freezies are $1 and smaller ones are fifty cents.

Grades 4 and 5 had a pizza lunch with some firefighters to celebrate our entries for the fire safety poster contest held in the fall. The winner of the Grade 5 submissions is Jacob! Congratulations 🎉
