st any more weight, and began to gain it all back and then some. After graduating college and getting a job in my field, I began to realize I needed to do something about my weight if I wanted to be able to keep up with the people I worked with on a daily basis. I was tired of being overweight, and wanted to change that. I saw a post on Instagram in the beginning of 2016 about this "super food health shake" , and I asked about it. I was totally skeptical, figured it was all a total scam, but I got a few samples sent to me and tried it anyway. Once I got them and had a taste, I wrote the girl who gave them to me and asked some more questions. After speaking with her for a short period of time, she told me all about Beachbody and all it could offer me. I had nothing to lose, so I gave it a shot. Ever since that day, I have drank my shake and did my workouts, and have learned to actually take care of my body and feed it what it actually needs instead of all the junk I was feeding it before (though lets face it, there are days when the junk still wins and I skip workouts .. I am only Human!). So far I have lost 25 pounds, and although it took a little longer than the last time, i'm able to keep it off, lose more, and also gain muscle besides! As I continue my journey to being the best possible version of myself, I want to help others like me to reach their health and fitness goals and to be the best they can be as well!
