You can ask for it that way when you order! It's the same great tasting dough but scaled back in weight and we add cornmeal under to make it a bit crispier!

Once again we need more staff! We're looking for someone that can do earlier morning prep and dough, we need a pizza maker and we could use a front service/delivery driver. Hoping to fill the positions up quickly with energetic candidates. Pay is 19/hour and there is a daily cash tip payout. I'm putting this out in the universe and we are hoping to fill positions ASAP. There is great opportunity to grow with us and be part of a future expansion team. Some kitchen experience preferred, driver's license is also a plus.

Monday Aug 19th
Yesterday was a HUGE success...completely humbled by your support and motivated by all your smiles. It was so incredibly nice to see some familiar faces! 100% genuine. I've personally worked at Mambo's since 1999, it was one of the hardest and best days at work to date.
We ended up getting TOO busy because of all the shares (thank you thank you thank you,) but it wasn't slices that were slowing us down!! We're really sorry delivery and pick up times weren't the best yesterday, we really did our best. We may come across more issues by the weekend but so far so good. SLICES ARE ON AT LEAST FOR TODAY!

Ok guys...we're trying out slices today. I repeat TODAY AUG 18TH ONLY....
We're open for slices all day today and during the soap box derby. We're hoping to see how it goes and with your support we may start selling slices again sooner than later!!

So much fun meeting these guys (we're real fans, that's why we heard them singing our praises!)
Hopefully Ethan gets a hold of us and we can deliver "The Hammer" to him!

We're excited to deliver our pizza to a wedding dinner today. We've been lucky to be part of many wedding celebrations, including late-night snacks! We remember our first wedding clients, 'the dancing couple,' from around 1999-2000. While we haven't made a pizza wedding cake yet, it's in the works!
