This holiday season, we are once again supporting the Don’t Go Hungry Food Program, which provides 1,500 people, including families and newcomers to Canada, with food and essential products. Can you help us make a difference?

This years wish list:

Personal care: e.g. toothpaste, shampoo, diapers, etc.
Cleaning Supplies: dish soap and laundry soap
Canned Proteins: nut butters, beans, chunky-style soup, etc.
Children’s Snacks: applesauce, fruit cups, granola bars, etc.

You may drop off items at Restore Physiotherapy Monday - Friday.

We’re thrilled to have our beloved Rachel back from maternity leave and we know you are too! She’s currently working Tuesdays and Wednesdays and she’s happy to welcome back all of you that have missed her skilled hands and infectious laugh.

Nadine had an amazing time volunteering with the D’HoPE program at UBC a few weeks back. This program is aimed at encouraging equity-deserving students considering health care professions.

A belated congrats to our Physio May on her featured article collab on Cancer Related Lymphedema in the recent edition of PABC’s Directions. May is one of only a handful of Physio’s that specialize in Breast Health and Lymphedema management

Had the best time supporting at the T&F Nationals last week/ weekend. Worked with an awesome Team BC IST, amazing medical friends and colleagues and gritty athletes. Good luck to those heading to U20 PanAms, Commonwealth Youth and World Champs

Their food hamper program serves over 1200 people in New West and South Burnaby each week. The program is designed to serve the working poor who cannot access weekly food programs. 2/3 of all served are families, including over 400 children. Many are new arrivals to Canada.

As Christmas approaches, they are particularly in need of;

Personal care items, household cleaners, canned proteins, children’s snacks.
