***** Reopening Monday, June 22, 2020 *****
Dear Patients,
We are happy to announce the reopening of our office on Monday, June 22, 2020.
While our focus, as always, will be on the understanding of your condition and treatment needed to help with your process, as befits these times, we will also be taking extra time with and between each treatment to take all needed measures, and ensure all due safety and protection for both therapists and patients.
Regular office hours will resume, with appointments spaced out for appropriate social distancing, along with pre-treatment screening and evaluation before the actual treatment, and on the day of the treatment. All such particulars will be communicated in full detail to any patient booking or rebooking appointments here.
If you have been a current patient of ours whose treatment(s) has been interrupted by our temporary closure due to the pandemic, you will be contacted in due course. Otherwise, feel free to contact us to make an appointment or ask any questions at
[email protected]
In the words of Dr. B. Henry, “Be kind, be calm and be safe”. We’ll all get through this together!
Regards,

🙂 Province Of BC Announces New Easing Of Closures 🙂
While important details and procedure plans must be formulated by our profession and approved by the province before any Registered Massage Therapists may open, judging by the announcements made by Premier Horgan and Dr. Bonnie Henry yesterday, our current estimate of re-opening this office will be during the first week of June, less than a month from now.
Any current patients will be notified as soon as our schedule re-opens for booking. If you are not a current patient (or haven't visited in the last 3 months) and wish to be notified when we re-open, let us know at [email protected] and we'll let you know also.
Without exaggeration, these are unprecedented times, and for most of us, something most our lives have never prepared us for. With the guidance of our provincial health leaders, our massage therapy profession, and the best judgement possible, we will endeavor to resume our usual service as quickly and safely as possible.
Looking forward to seeing you all soon!

We will be updating every two weeks or so, directly if there are any appointments booked, and on our website and this page for the general public.
Take care, and stay safe and healthy!
Meanwhile, if there are any health-related topics anyone wants discussed, send me an email at the email address on our website. (Not posting it directly here due to Internet bots!) I may write an article on it, or open up some kind of discussion forum.

If you really need an appointment asap, please call as early in the day as possible. Many a times, someone with less urgent pain has booked my last available appointment in the earlier morning, then someone with even worse pain calls at 10:30 or 11:00 am desperately needing to get in only to have me say there's no opening till next week.
So anyone with urgent need, please call or email early so that even if you can't be booked immediately, you can be put on the priority waiting list. ☺
