If you haven’t had a proper workup, you are simply guessing. When it comes to finding the root of fatigue you need to look under every rock.
This list is not all inclusive, but it is an excellent place to start if you have energy problems.
Once you know where you stand with the above list, you can get going quickly on resolving them. From there you can start to take your life back.
Don’t waste another day moving through life in a fog and having to say no to the things you want to do. You should have abundant energy and never be held back.

I decided to take the road less travelled this year for my birthday - I’m extremely fortunate to be soaking up the Spanish sun in Ibiza. ☀️
I’m not getting any younger and the time, especially this last year, has flown by.
The cool thing is that I feel better at now 36 than I did at 29. I’ve realized over the last 6 years that although time marches on and we age chronologically, there are many things you can do to slow down and even reverse physiological or cellular aging.
As a doctor, I’ve had the pleasure of helping a lot of people. And while there are many success stories, there are unfortunate health scares that can hit people of any age.
Without your health you have nothing in this world. You can have all the money, relationships, possessions, and real estate but they all vanish the second your health is taken from you.
I reflect on this often as I parade around Europe with Amber and think - if I had a bad knee, heart disease, or a preventable cancer our experience and ability to play in this beautiful world is greatly diminished or non existent. This is a powerful motivator for me with my health.
It should come as no shock but the greatest wealth is the health you have. You can’t take it from anyone, you can’t buy it, you can’t borrow it - you can only earn it.
Great health doesn’t happen by accident, it requires self discipline and dedication deeper than you can imagine. For peak health, rent is due everyday and the payments are the choices you make.
You begin every day with a clean slate and every meal with a clean plate. You make the choices, there are no victims.
I urge you to give yourself the gift of health. It will be the greatest gift you give yourself and those around you that love and depend on you.
Lift heavy things, build muscle, sleep deeply, swim in beautiful water, tan under the sun, become amazing at your craft, eat high quality protein, optimize vitamin D, learn an instrument, drink tons of water, minimize alcohol, take control of your addictions and coping mechanisms, travel far and often, read books, create a life you love.
It doesn’t matter where you come from. All that matters is where you are going.

To say we are beyond excited for our vacation that lies ahead is an understatement.
This will be our first international trip since the Fall and it will last approximately twenty-five days.
We have not booked the full itinerary so follow along and see where we end up during our European Adventure.
This trip is also our long awaited honeymoon as well as the celebration of travel reopening.
We have been head down working hard for the last six months, so we will be “all in” on the fun that lies ahead.
First stop will be Germany 🇩🇪 for a quick connection before heading to the French Riviera 🇫🇷

Stuck in pain and hit a plateau with your healing? Prolotherapy can play a significant role in relieving pain and getting you moving again.
Prolotherapy is a nonsurgical injection technique that uses a small amount of dextrose solution directly to the site of pain such as degenerated tendon insertions, joints, and ligaments. Over the course of several treatments growth, regeneration, and strengthening of connective tissue occurs.

Told your labs are WITHIN range yet you have TONS of symptoms? Time for a second opinion.
A common theme I see is patients being dismissed as normal and healthy, despite having debilitating symptoms.
Symptoms are king and should never be ignored, regardless what lab tests say. This is where I look at things differently.
