In honor of fair food, this week we have Bacon Cheeseburger Eggrolls with House Aioli and Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls with housemade Ranch. Crispy, crunchy, delicious!

I've got a fresh baked blueberry pie made with Briarlea Farms blueberries picked this morning ($20). Because my oven is teensy, I can only bake one at a time. Come claim it today by 6 or there will be more tomorrow. :)

Our feature sub this week is a Classic Italian... the original sub! Made with ham, capicola, soppressata, mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions and pepperoncini peppers. Best served with Sub Zero sauce.
This weeks Feature Sub is Vietnamese Caramelized Pork with cucumbers, pickled carrots and onions, cilantro and ginger lime aioli made with fresh ginger and lime zest.
Or... take home the same delicious pork with steamed broccoli as a frozen meal for only $10.

Thank you all for a great official first day. Everyone who visited my humble restaurant was lovely, kind and supportive. I felt welcomed into the community.
I made it through my first day with battling freezer temperatures, giving incorrect change, running out of chicken, and the smoke alarm going off six times.
I appreciate your patience and patronage!

Sub Zero will be open this weekend for Delta Maple Syrup Festival from 11am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday!
Our full menu isn't quite ready but we'll be open for ice cream and will have our Wee Bastard sandwich available (pulled pork with slaw and maple chipotle aioli on a ciabatta bun). Baked treats will also be in store. Stop by and check us out!

I FINALLY received my freezer. What a battle. Hopefully it works when I plug it in! Can't wait to see all the beautiful ice cream flavors on display. :)

How do you elevate the chocolate chip cookie? Use brown butter and rich Belgian chocolate then top with Maldon sea salt flakes. Look for these at Sub Zero.
