Itās been a while since I said hello
A year ago I discontinued our in person kids yoga classes due to COVID and Iāve waited patiently for the threat to pass.
Iām pleased to share that plans are underway to gather together again in the New Year in Niagara!
This time around there will be yoga, mindfulness + art focused on character building and learning mindful tools.
Official announcement š¢ is coming soon so be sure to check in often or send me a DM to hear all about it!
I canāt wait until we can practice together again!

Itās been a while since Iāve said hi!
Rachelle + Kids is a making a bit of a shift.
Itās been a long year of unknowns and my goal through it all has been to support child and family by offering free virtual programs when we were unable to facilitate in person classes.
This weekend Iām opening up virtual family studio!
A place where you and your little ones will find weekly yoga videos to keep your practice going at home together!
Membership is $12/month.
All you have to do is head to over the website and subscribe!
(If you have outstanding credits- please reach out to me to get free access to the studio for a limited time)

We are purposefully paying attention to our thoughts, feelings and what is happening around us.
We can pay attention when we are playing, riding our bike or going for a walk.
