We are delighted to welcome Jane, a REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST to the Pathways Wellness team!

Jane is a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honors from Georgian College’s renowned Massage Therapy Program. Her commitment to excellence is further reflected in her active membership with the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario.

During her time at Georgian, Jane mastered a diverse array of techniques, including Swedish massage, petrissage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and manual stretching. She tailors each massage to meet the unique needs of her clients, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.

Jane's dedication to her craft doesn't stop at graduation. She has continued to expand her expertise, earning certifications in cupping*, Indie head massage*, and applied manual lymphatic drainage (excluding edema management). This ongoing commitment to professional development allows her to offer a broad spectrum of therapeutic options to her clients.

Beyond her professional life, Jane is a vibrant individual with a zest for life! You'll find her delighting in nature, whether she's gardening, biking, hiking, camping, or simply soaking up the serenity of being near water.

Jane is now accepting new bookings on Mondays and Wednesdays. Additionally, Pathways will have the ability to direct bill for ease of insurance coverage with all plans, making your wellness journey even more convenient.
