What’s up Everybody 🤩 Try and find a moment today to put a smile on your beautiful face!! It’s ! We’re gonna be running sessions all weekend in our training centers. Come by and see what’s going on❗️We are following CDC guidelines and more. TOCA is the safest place for you to train and improve.

The TOCA Ball is a really important part of TOCA Training. A smaller than regulation (size 2) ball is tougher to strike and is challenging to control, even for good players. Because of it’s smaller size, the TOCA Ball is more difficult to track in the air, and it’s lighter weight enables another important component in the TOCA studio... high repetition. If you can do it with a TOCA Ball, a size 5 is easy. It’s also a blast as the beach and fits in a backpack!!!
