Let’s do a quick exercise.
think of your favourite breakfast or lunch
Stand up, walk up to your fridge or freezer
open it, do you have everything you need to make that fantastic meal of the day?
if no, kindly close your freezer. And make noodles. 🙃.
some of us have not shopped since the beginning of January.. if only freezers or fridge could talk,😅.
some of us will start jollof rice and realize we don’t have salt , maggi or tin tomatoes .... it is well.
But thank God for dominion foods

This musical rhyme is deeper than what we think it is. Some have food but can not eat due to some illness ( while they have to eat from tubes) and other strange reasons.

Some are do not have food because they can not afford 3 square meals, most especially in the under developed countries where majority of the children there are malnourished. You could see their spines and cheek bones from afar.

Before you waste food, think of those ones that would gladly eat your Remnants, and say THANK YOU JESUS.
But we have food and we can eat.
This is our Food for thought for today.
Check on your neighbours, make sure they are not lacking food, give to the poor... it goes a long way when you pay it forward.
Hunger is real!
