DOUGH:
1kg farkha (fine semolina)
700g semolina
1.5 cup of sugar
700g soft butter
1.5 tsp ma7lab
Mix 1.5 cup each of rose and orange blossom water
DATE FILLING: 1kg daye paste with 50g of soft buttery
NUTS FILLING: 2 cups of nuts, 1 cup of sugar, 2 tbsp each of rose and blossom water
