Meet Kristian! He’s our new lead baker at Wallflower (which is located inside Tribeca, if you didn’t know!)

Kristian comes from years of background in baking starting from his home country in Denmark that led him to live in London for a few years when he finally came to Canada! We’re so lucky to have him part of the team!

Thank you to all that have been very patient as we went through some transitions at Wallflower that put a pause on some of your most loved doughnuts! Kristian has already started making customer’s favourites and will continue to create and bake some delicious treats!
