When the baby naps, I get to work.
Sometimes I want to sleep, watch tv, or just scroll through my phone for an hour. But I know if I don’t take advantage of this morning nap I won’t get another chance. I may not always look forward to it, but I never regret doing it!

After coming back from vacation I decided it’s time to do a little nutrition reset. For me, a rest is simplifying meals, easing digesting with more liquids like soups and smoothies, and loading up on fresh fruit and veggies.
Whenever I do a reset I try to prep as much as I can in advance to make sure it’s easy to stick to my plan. Tonight I prepped a large batch of soup, smoothie bags, and raw veggies for snacks.

I always travel with small equipment so I can do a workout anywhere. Today we used a TRX and 15lb kettlebell.
