Imagine if you couldn’t go to school as a child because you had to collect empties at the garbage dump so your family can purchase food to eat.

These kids are able to get an education because of an ongoing two tone rice donation from the .bruder family (3rd picture).

We SO often forget how privileged and fortunate most of us are. I had no idea how much of a difference I have the chance to make.

I am so grateful that I said yes to this life changing trip.

I stayed in my “comfort zone” for a year before I decided to take the leap of becoming an online entrepreneur.

No one really understood why or what I wanted to do.

And it held me back for so long.

I was worried what people might think of me.

But when you know, you just KNOW.

I knew what I wanted and it’s all I could think about.

I knew I needed to take control of my future.

I knew I wanted the time freedom to spend my life doing what I truly desired.

I knew I couldn’t be tied to a desk job for the rest of my life.

Eventually, even though most people in my life still didn’t understand, it really didn’t matter anymore.

I needed to do this for ME.

And I finally said LET’S GOOOO!

Do I regret waiting that long… no.

Everyone has their own path and I’m absolutely in love with the way my life is shaping up.

But that didn’t happen over night either.

It’s all about diving timing.

You don’t force it.

When the time is right, you’ll just know.

And it will be your turn to go ALL IN.

Your comfort zone can become your worst enemy.

It’s ironic that when you try and stay comfortable, life becomes more and more uncomfortable.

Are you more concerned about staying comfortable rather than growing?

How do you feel when you achieve something you’ve never done before?

Absolutely amazing, right?

So why are you holding yourself back from feeling like this every day?

If you don’t address your limitations you’ll keep struggling.

If you start pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone, you’ll start striving.

And you’ll never look back.

Nothing changes if nothing changes.

If there’s something you want, you’re gonna have to take ACTION.

You’ll HAVE to do something that might feel scary.

You’ll HAVE to step out of your comfort zone.

But I PROMISE you, you won’t regret it.

Because even if it wasn’t meant for you, you’ll have tried, and there’s so much pride in that.

And you’ll be one step closer to what IS meant for you.

Do you meditate?

Or even… what is meditation?

According to Wikipedia, meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

I only started meditating about 6 months ago, and I still have so much learn.

I still don’t meditate as much as I wish I did … working on it!

When I took this photo, I meditated outside, sitting on a log, in the snow.

It was so peaceful.
So grounding.
So refreshing.

I sat there and just looked at nature live around me.

We miss so much when we are constantly moving… SO much.

The perfect moment to start is not coming.

Change is scary but staying stagnant is terrifying.

If excuses are in the way of getting what you really want, it’s time to work on them.

You’re stronger than your excuses so stop letting them take over!

Have you heard this quote before?

We instinctively avoid things that make us uncomfortable, but there is no growth in our “comfort zone”.

Sooner or later, you realize your fears are making you stagnant and are holding you back from what you truly want.

And then your comfort zone becomes uncomfortable… weird eh?

So eventually you sum up your courage, to face your fears … and OMG everything feels so much better.

Familiar with this pattern?

How long does this pattern usually take? Weeks… months… sometimes even years.

Now that you’re aware of this cycle; what if you could speed it up?

And find your bliss even sooner…

You need to let it out.

Don’t be afraid to be unique.

It’s what makes you, you.

If you’re not used to speaking up, it might be terrifying at first.

But the more you do it, the better it will feel.

Never hush your voice for someone’s comfort.

Your voice deserves to be heard.

Your voice NEEDS to be heard.
