(OCL) is to provide individuals who are developmentally disabled with encouragement, opportunities and experiences in friendly, supportive environments that will promote self development and foster independence. It is the philosophy of OCL that those we support have the same fundamental rights as all Canadian citizens and these rights are to be respected and protected.

Nothing beats homemade pizza at OCL's Day Program. Ashley and Douglas are busy preparing the sauce and sautéing the veggies for a delicious lunch.
Day trips are the BEST. Over the weekend Theresa, Kelly Ann and Christine explored Montreal. First stop the OASIS immersion followed by lunch and a visit to the Centre des sciences de Montréal - Montreal Science Centre. Thanks for sharing these special moments with us.
