The Gift of Wheels

Happy almost spring everyone.

Hello everyone , I have decided to take the summer off this year. Covid has just been a mental strain on me over the past while , and I need some time to just be with family this summer.
I appreciate everyone's support over the past 2 years , its amazing what we did to help out our little community. I'd say over the past 2 summers we've donated or traded up around 100+ bikes.
I'll be back. Take care my friends 🙂

Well thats all she wrote for 2021 , we'll see how the winter goes and I will decide if I keep going next season. Back working full time plus family life hasn't left much time to be out in the garage.
Was a very quiet summer this year 🙂

Winding down on this slow gifting summer , I'm ok with that :)
Found home for these 2 great kids bikes.
1 of them was a re-gift that a little lad out grew 👍

New homes for 2 great Sims bmx bikes and some much needed love on this CCM mountain bike 👍

Not my normal offering but had this little lad donated to me , fixed it up and it left to a new home to be enjoyed once again 😁👍

The 2 little fellas left for new homes tonight , been really slow with the donations this time around.
Have 1 bike left in the garage for the season.

I love being able to help people big or small gain the freedom and joy having a bicycle brings to their lives 😊❤

If anyone has an adult sized bike they don't need please let me know. I have 7 or 8 requests for them 🙂

Been kind of quiet around here with the bikes but thats ok , found homes for these amazing bikes over the past week. Gone to great deserving kids and a very deserving single mom 🙂

With bathroom renos and work taking up all of my time over the past few weeks , I was finally able to get out in the garage and do some repairs.
Fixed up this little beauty and found it a new home today , got a great little thank you video from a super happy kid too 😊 thats why I do this !! Smiles make it all worth it 🤗

These 3 bikes left today to go to new homes. Curbside pick up is great when you can see the happy kiddos (from a distance) drive away proudly on their new wheels!

Hi friends just wanted to announce I am back up and running for the season , if you have any bikes you would like to donate or are in need of one please reach out :)
Last year when I started this project I had no idea what to expect , I ended up fixing and gifting around 50 bikes in about 3 months. Was a huge success 😄.
That being said I will do my best to help everyone out.
All pick ups and drop offs will be contactless with Covid gaining strength again :( , I ask if anyone has Covid symptoms or are in quarantine please wait till you are clear to leave again as my daughter is immunocompromised and don't want to risk anything.

Haven't officially started back up yet but had this bike since the end of last season. It left this AM to a new well deserved home to a girl who had her bike stolen recently :( , hope she enjoys it 👍
