Most of my people keep asking me what do you do to keep yourself mobile in hips and lower back. Well here it is all my stretch routine that I do either after work out or in general before bed time. Do them every day and start by holding them for 30s each position. You can gradually increase to minute or 2min of holding.

Do you have winging scapula? You not sure about it? Her is a question for you.. when you stand in front of the mirror sideways do you see your shoulders moving forward? If yes, here is your answer.. check this video how to strengthen muscle that holds your scapula (shoulder blade) in place.. You have to make sure that you do these exercises every day..
