We are excited to share our project, “French Footprints: FSL in the Early Years” in partnership with Canadian Parents for French (Ontario) and 123 Petits Pas.

This new e-module will help family support practitioners incorporate elements of French Second Language learning into programs for children (ages 1-9) in a responsive, engaging, and educational way! No French language skills are required to take the e-module!

We are looking for members who are interested in testing our new e-module and learning how you can incorporate French into your early childhood programming.

We would love to hear from you!

Happy Canada Day! 🇨🇦🍁

Rising food costs make it challenging for many Canadians to provide their families with fresh fruits and vegetables.💔

If you work with families, here are some tips you can share to help them stay healthy on a budget:

1. Check store flyers for seasonal produce that's on sale. 🥬🍅🍓
As we head into summer, many seasonal fruits & vegetables like berries and greens will be more affordable.

2. Buy Canadian-grown whenever possible. 🇨🇦
You can tell if food is grown locally by checking labels to see where it was grown.

3. Look for community gardens. 👩🏼‍🌾
Many are open from spring to fall and let you grow and harvest your own vegetables!
