Itโs easy to dream big and want to become fitness models overnight. But the secret to success is to start small and have attainable goals. ๐
Fitness is a broad word - the condition of being physically fit and healthy. There are so many ways to achieve this. It does not mean you have to be stuck on a treadmill or lifting weights in a gym. ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ
There are so many options to choose from! Consider fitness classes in your community, organized sports in your hometown, running/walking clubs, dance classes and online workouts! M O D E R A T I O N
โTis the season for comfort foods, sweets and sugary beverages. Many of us have disciplined ourselves to eat well and exercise regularly, but please be kind to yourself these holidays and enjoy the season. Make room for enjoyment; eat that slice of cake, enjoy the turkey, and enjoy those seasonal chocolates! ๐ซ
Within the realm of discipline there is also moderation. Too much of anything results in destruction, but within your discipline make room to enjoy the things you love so that you can still reach your goals and enjoy life! Life is too short to continuously deny yourself of the things that bring you joy ๐
Over the holidays, do not completely let yourself go. Make time to workout and eat well, but also find the time to enjoy small ๐โค๏ธ

Being a new mom, one thing that has stood out to me in my toddler is that trying new things is a very normal thing to do as it is a requirement for toddlers to grow. But as we get older, we stop trying new things and only stick with โwhat we knowโ as it becomes a safe place for us or it may be a reminder to us about the embarrassing moment we had many years ago when we tried something new.
Today I want to encourage you to live again! Try something new! Maybe it could be a new relationship, a new food, a new life routine, or even a new workout activity ๐.
A lot of the times, when we step out into the unknown and try something new, there awaits the solution to a life problem we have been struggling with, or we meet a certain individual that will be a key to an open door.
No matter how old or how young you are, purpose to grow, and learn new things. Your destiny is counting on it ๐

When I was a single girl, I used to have ALL the time in the world! But ever since I have become a wife and now a mom, finding time for myself, like taking care of my body and working out has become super challenging.
With my busy schedule I always find a way to be active during the day. Some of the things I like to do to stay active when time is not on my side are going for walks with my family, learning a fun dance routine, or doing a home workout. These are activities that allow me to be active while being around my family.
Trying to juggle family life, responsibilities, and relationships is hard! But making time for yourself to be active is important.
Start with small active activities during your day. Itโs in the small habits that will help you build the discipline you need to reach your fitness goals ๐
