When the team at Pharmasave Parksville is rocking the 6-week community challenge—it's time to celebrate with a healthy lunch!

This Phase 1-friendly meal (prepared by Tammie, Jen and Sue) included egg + tuna salad served on the Ideal Protein Multigrain Seeded Bread, Italian Wedding Soup from Janeva's cookbook, and of course a healthy salad for colour and extra nutrition!

We are so proud of our team for their commitment and have had great fun celebrating successes together as a team. Proceeds from challenge registration are being donated to SD69's Backpack Program to help nourish the youth in our community.
