Been busy prepping beds, planting trees and just overall enjoy the beauty of spring 💕

And the wild man himself 😍 It amazes me how well he entertains himself for the several hours we spend at the barn! Proud mama ❤️ 💙

Several days late but look at our little chicka 💕 6 months already!! Moving around like crazy, forward the tiniest an backwards all over the living room. Loves to "squeak" an has donned the nickname Squeaker 🥰

I suppose it's time for an introduction? This little fella came home 2 weeks ago in pretty terrible condition 😢 I hadn't planned to bring a pup home the day I went to look at him and his litter mates. However, when I saw how poorly he looked, I couldn't stand to leave him. So after loading him up, we drove until we had service again and called our vets to book an appt. It turned out the poor thing had mange 💔 so we are treating both dogs an keeping an eye on all the other animals. He's not even been here a month, and I already know I picked the right pup. I actually had his brother on the leash and changed my mind at the last minute! He still has a way to go until he doesn't look like a mangey mess, but I'm sure he'll be a good looking dog before too long.

These two really are best friends even through the nibbles and aggressive hugs 😂 both get a little less naughty everyday 😉 It's the best on the farm, where one is the other is always close by 🩵🐾

He's honestly the dog our hearts needed ❤️ We've lost 3 dogs since Wally was born, and it's been hard. I'm glad you are here, Goose 🪿🐾

Oh man this is definitely the age where I start to really obsess over my babies 😍🥰 The newborn stage is beautiful in its own way, but I absolutely love when I can start to interact with them!!

Someone had their first ride!!! Oh it was truly a perfect moment and my heart is still full! 💓 Im pretending and hoping she's smiling because she's on a horse not because she's looking at her Mama 😅 Love my babies so much 🩷🩵

Farmall got some action this week. And one of the hay fields got some much needed manure. I'm talking 34 years of need lol *tspreader

Goats and chickens would love anybodys trees when you are ready to tear them down 🐐🐓

Stuck here on the couch with a thrown out back. I'm grateful I can still look around and see how blessed I am, even if the house lays in utter chaos again... I'm grateful for 2 beautiful children. A toddler who can help me pick things up off the ground and who is willing to do so 😭🩵 A husband who was able to stay home and help me yesterday when I couldn't even pick our baby up off the bed. Snow outside to make things look pretty. And so many more things, really. If you ever think that others prayers for you can't have an effect let me try to convince you otherwise because Im certain my family praying for me is what sustains me on the days I can't seem to pray myself. Their prayers surround me and create atmospheres of healing, and let me say that is something to be thankful for! As I've gotten older I really am starting to see how their prayers have truly saved me in so many situations 🙏🏼 😌

Life has been busy, yet life has felt slow. Our days are quite full but some would say not. The days fly by though little gets done, I guess thats the nature of toddlers plus one. Each day brings joy and a few tender tears, each day fills our hearts with wonder and cheer, stocked up for days where joy is spread thin are those treasured moments found only within

I'll admit I was a little worried about God letting me raise a little girl. I afterall wasn't the most girly kid growing up so how would I know how to encourage her in her feminine ways. I feel I'll have no issues teaching her to be tough and work hard but the other stuff had me a little worried. How to feel confident in her own beauty, how to stand firm in her beliefs without giving into to someone elses louder opinion. Little things like this that I feel our world has done to squash women. Or just simply helping her through her first heart breaks and teenage emotions, who am I to be given this task of helping a daughter through? But here she is so God must know. He must know that I will do just fine and that her and I will learn along the way. He must have known the healing my own feminine heart needed. So now my silly overjoyed heart gets to purchase adorable pink and flower covered outfits. I'll relish these moments because Im sure before long we will be in the thick of learning how to be Godly women together ❤️

I love this little space and all the toys in it. Each one a reminder of the special people in our lives that love this little man almost as much as I do 💙 and yes we need to get a load of sand 😅
