herbs for back and joint pain... A lot of people suffer back injuries; I've heard estimates that 65 million people in America alone suffer from chronic back pain. Conventional treatment of such injuries usually revolves around strong pain killers, anti-inflammatory drugs, and not uncommonly surgery. Unfortunately, it is too com.....

How can understanding our own bodies make us a better rider, support the horses biomechanics and improve performance?
Understanding myofascial connections can help us to improve our body and enable the rider to activate myofascial systems appropriately, this enables the horse to use its body more easily.
In the top of this image, connections from the pelvic floor to the diaphragm are illustrated to visualize 3 dimensional continuities that myofascial structures are creating.
Join myself and expert Tuulia Luomala for an upcoming webinar to learn what the significance is to your horse…

Good morning,
you may have heard that massage therapy is reopening in mid May and are eager to book back in. I need you to be patient a little longer as the paper work and red tape still needs to be dealt with. Our industry has to submit health protocols which then have to be approved by the PHO before we can open back up. Things will look a bit different at the clinic so further patience will be needed.
Until then, get outside and enjoy that weather! Drink lots of water, check out your movement habits and play with them, (brushing teeth with left hand anyone?) eat good food and try to relax.
See you soon.
