Keenu Farm returned last week and Flicker Farm is back this week which earlier than scheduled!

The Bradley Centre (Mid-Island Pensioners & Hobbyist Association) is a proud partner of the Farmers Market Nutrition Coupon Program.

This vital program supports low-income seniors and families by providing coupons which can be used to purchase locally grown food at participating BC Farmers Markets . The program also benefits hardworking BC farmers who tirelessly provide us with local food. The need for this program has never been greater, and we are honored to be part of it.

At the Bradley Centre, we believe that true collaboration can amplify our community impact. To further support participants of the coupon program, the Bradley Centre provides a complimentary 2024 membership and a $20 program punch card.

On June 15th, join us from 8:30am until noon for our Father’s Day Weekend Market. Located at Veterans Way and our expanded market space, the event promises to be a bustling hub of activity.

Expect a wide range of vendors, accompanied by live music from Jordan Matchett, we have a vegan food truck in the expanded space offering cold-pressed juices and smoothies. Stop by the food cart for made to order sweet and savory crepes. We will also have specialty coffee trailer onsite, alongside a pancake breakfast hosted by the legion.

Additionally, the weekend coincides with the annual Show and Shine event, adding to the festivities.
