Don’t get us wrong we are loving the sunshine and warmer waters but would it be rude of us to ask for a bit of rain before we dry out like raisins?! We also might be missing the hot cold plunges with the sauna…. The whole valley is a sauna it seems these days!

Sometimes sessions get a bit crazy… this is certainly one of those times.

Meet the team! Well not really a team I guess… truth be told it’s just me, Tristen! I had the dream for this business years ago. It all started with a visit to a “secret” sauna in the woods. I was treated to a beautiful barrel surrounded by moss and a flowing river between granite bedrock. I took a look at the sauna and thought I must build one! Sauna #1 was just for myself and when I wanted to build a second to improve my design I realized there was a market here. One thing snowballed into the rest and I decided to venture down the path of sauna rentals in addition to custom builds. It’s been a wild ride so far learning lots about running a business and have had incredible support from members of the community. I can’t thank them enough! You know who you are. I’m excited for more Selkirk Sauna experiences this spring and into the summer! Happy sweating 😅
