Empanadas and Coffee in bed makes for perfect Weekend Mornings 😊☕️🥟
P.S: I am happy to wrap my Emapanadas with my regular dough recipe even though it’s super time consuming. I think it makes a huge difference as it allows u to enjoy more of the filling and then the dough is super soft due to the many layers!🙌🏼

I am most happy to make any night, Taco Night!
Mom had marinated some chicken so I tossed that into the pan and threw in a little ghee at the end to round it off. Next, I chopped some tomatoes, onions and cilantro and sprinkled some lime juice with some seasoning and then the tortilla and my homemade green taco sauce did all of the magic!
