圓香生活餐飲Richmond Centre加盟店對近日傳言作出以下說明：

1. 本店將停業2週，於1/11號重新營業。由於一位新聘試工人員在本餐廳全程帶口罩下工作3小時後，烈治文衛生官打電話到店裡告知此人感染新冠肺炎，需即刻離開。衛生官雖未要求餐廳停止營業，但本餐廳因為顧及大眾生命安全及社會責任感，立刻緊急關閉餐廳，並於隔天請Trideca專業清潔公司對整店進行高規格深層清潔消毒，優化餐廳環境，確保餐廳衛生。

2. 同時本餐廳要求所有與試工人員有接觸者，全部當天去做核酸檢測，所幸的是全部檢測結果都為陰性。但為安全考量，仍要求所有人員自我隔離14天。

3. 另外若本餐廳之後發現此試工人員有隱瞞確診報告,，卻還來試工，完全罔顧他人安全, 圓香生活餐飲將保留法律追訴權，讓他為此不道德行為負責。

4. 烈治文商場員工為獨立作業人事管理.沒有到置地廣場及本拿比圓香餐廳工作.不便之處 敬請見諒，這段時間其他兩家店會繼續為您服務。

Pearl Castle Richmond Centre have made the below official statement regarding the recent rumors:

Our restaurant will be closed for 2 weeks and will reopen on Jan 11th. After a newly hired trainee worked at our restaurant for 3 hours, all while wearing a mask, the Richmond health officer called the restaurant to inform us that he had contracted Covid-19 and have to leave immediately. Although the health officer said we do not have to cease operation, we immediately shut down the restaurant due to public safety concern. We also hired Trideca, a professional cleaning company to perform a full professional deep cleaning and sanitizing of the entire restaurant the next day.

At the same time, we requested all staff who had contact with that trainee to get tested immediately after we shut down. Fortunately, all test results come back negative. However, to be extra cautious, we still asked all staff to self-isolate for 14 days.

If the restaurant later discovers that the trainee has concealed his diagnosis report, but still came to work, completely disregarding the safety of others, the restaurant will reserve the right of legal prosecution to hold him responsible for this unethical behavior.

The employees at the Pearl Castle Richmond Centre only work at this location. They do not share work at the other Pearl Castle locations.

Our restaurant will reopen on January 11th. We apologize for all the inconvenience, and the other Pearl Castle locations will continue to serve you during this time.
