Well days are getting a bit shorter and I'm starting to feel the need to look at a new "Beginner's" T'ai Chi class. I have spoken to many in the community with varying responses for a good day and time.

Currently offering what has become my "advanced" class on Monday's and Thursday's at 10am. I can start a "beginners" before or after to keep it simple? Also a weekend class has been requested by a few people as well.

Saturdays at 7am? Or stay with 10am?

Another glorious day in paradise to practice t'ai chi. We're meeting at the Wasa community hall at 5pm for 50 minutes of practice, starting with the Rainbow Sun qigong.

It doesn't matter if you have done ta'i chi before, all benefit from being there.

It was a great class today at the community hall. Last of a series of 10 which for most was the first third of the form.

I will continue sharing with those who wish to continue and those wanting to get started in this very gentle yet profoundly healing form.

The schedule tentatively is

Thursday's at 9am and 10am at horseshoe Beach (second right off Wasa lake rd into large parking lot) follow the path past the outhouse to the beach.

Monday's at 7pm same spot

If the weather is not conducive to practice we will meet at the hall instead.

150 for a 10pack of lessons or 20 for drop in is the recommended donation, or other energy exchange can be arranged.

Message me with any questions otherwise wear loose fitting clothing and bring water.

Yahoooochi community friends and friends I have not met yet... Simply overwhelmed with the support the Thursday morning T'ai Chi class is receiving. It was a delightful experience having a young master in our midst as well. Thank you all for your eagerness to add this movement and breath to your lives...

On another note a second class has been requested and I am tentatively planning an ongoing class for Mondays at 5pm (in Wasa BC community hall) All levels welcome including students from the morning class for more practice. Bring water to hydrate and comfy clothes to move easily.

I began learning martial arts from the age of 17

What an amazing day all of the scenery just brilliant in a cloudless sky. The trees and my dogs remind me we do this thing called life together yet as the entirety of all around us is life individually.

I'm gratefull for all the reminders within and without. Together we have/are everything even as we are separate.
