Ups N’ Downs is a traditional Canadian pub located in the core of downtown Sarnia, with majestic views of the great St. Clair River. We feature a variety of foods from around the world. With loads of gluten friendly options. 24 beers on tap! We have something for every palate. Domestic, imported, traditional, local, craft, beers, ciders and wines. Canned or bottled for delivery, pick up or take out.
Live entertainment Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday nights. Sunday is our Celtic Day. Bands every Sunday afternoon between 3 - 6 pm. Then, Sarnia’s oldest open mic starts at 9 pm.(Currently live music is suspended until further notice)
