hi friends!!! i am so excited to share that I am offering a March Boot Camp! class is welcome to all fitness levels and will be focusing on body weight and banded movements to improve cardio, stability, core and overall strength!

When to check the scale....
When taking our body weight, it's important to note:
• what time of day
• how our digestion from the night before is (chest meal?) And
• we take it before meals and liquids
I took these photos on the same day. Left photo was taken first thing in the morning before food, water and with no bloating (no cheat meal the day before) and the right was mid afternoon around 2:30pm ish.
It's important that when we measure our body weight, to take it first thing in the morning before food and water, to get a more accurate reading.
It can feel so discouraging to take our b.w. in the afternoon or evening because depending on what we've eaten - bloating, and water retention can hold more weight for us and give us a much higher reading than what we actually are before meals and liquids.
So don't make yourself feel these feelings. Take your weight measurements first thing, and better yet, take an average of 3+ days that week for a more accurate reading 🫶
