Join us at the Glen on April 21st at 6:30pm for Yin Yoga & sound baths! 🧘‍♀️🥣

It will start with a 60 minute guided Yin Yoga session to help you relax and release any tension in your body and mind. Followed by a 30 minute long shavasana and sound bath.

No experience is needed!

Please bring a yoga mat and other things like pillows, blankets, etc to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath.

Join us at the Glen on April 14th at 1:00pm for a creative way to socialize with food, drinks, & paint!🎨

Come early to reserve a seat, grab a bite to eat, and check out the drink menu.

Tickets are $40 and includes painting materials and 2-3 hours of painting.

Join us on February 21st for a relaxing evening🥣

Come out to the Glen for an evening of sound baths! You will be led through an hour long sound bath experience in the beautiful prairie landscape. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a shruti box will transport you into a deep state of relaxation. There will be food and drinks available before the sound baths as well!

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, & anything else needed for your comfort.
